Godiosa Talania Macabacyao
“Carry your story through your memories.”
Godiosa founded GTM Arts and Crafts Manufacturing in August 2021 in Dilasag, Aurora — launching amid the pandemic with ₱2,000 in seed capital won from a barangay poster-making contest. A Computer Science graduate of Pambayang Dalubhasaan ng Marilao, she began by reselling bayong bags online before turning her own artistic talent toward hand-painting them, then grew that into manufacturing a full line with support from the DTI Negosyo Center in Dilasag. What started as a small local craft has grown into a proudly homegrown brand — known online as Bayong Aurora — now offering everything from hand-painted bayong bags, pasiking, and alat to personalized souvenirs and seashell-crafted pieces, generating ₱700 to ₱4,000 a day, running a storefront in Poblacion, Dilasag, and shipping nationwide while collaborating with schools, events, and trade fairs across the region.
“Reseller noon, manufacturer na ngayon.”
